CRASH HOT POTATOES REVIEW UP

CRASH HOT POTATOES
***These are going to get three stars. They were good but not as good as I expected them to be. I think I  will try these one more time and if my opinion

changes on them, I will change the star rating.

 Ingredients

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Put potatoes in pan of salted water

Boil until soft

While potatoes are cooking, I smashed my rosemary
(You don't have to do this. You can just sprinkle it on the potatoes

This way really brings the flavor out

Put olive oil on pan or dish for oven. I used a pastry brush to smear it all over

When potatoes are soft, gently smash a little one direction,
then smash the other direction,
sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper and fresh rosemary

\

With a pastry brush, brush potatoes with a little olive oil

Put potatoes in pre-heated oven at 450 degrees for about 23 minutes
