BOSTON MARKET CORNBREAD REVIEW UP!!

 Boston Market Cornbread

*****This cornbread gets 5 stars. It is the best cornbread I have ever eaten. This is the only way I will ever make it again. I have made this several times and

it  always comes out perfect.  I always make mine in a cast iron skillet. Love this cornbread.

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Pour cornbread and yellow cake together

Add eggs

Add milk (I use all milk, instead of the water
the yellow cake calls for) Total-2/3 of a cup
Mix well

Pour in greased skillet, pan , or dish

Put in oven

Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees

Remove from oven,

Boston Market Cornbread

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Jiffy Mix Cornbread Mix
1 box Jiffy Mix Yellow Cake Mix
OR2 boxes Jiffy Mix Cornbread Mix1 box regular yellow cake mix

Directions: Mix both boxes according to directions, and combine the batter. You can use a large mixing bowl and combine both boxes of mix together and add the other ingredients all at once. If you have only boxes of Jiffy Mix, use a brownie sized baking pan, 8x8", if you are using a box of regular cake mix, use a 9x13" pan. Spray pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approx. 30 minutes. Test for doneness: insert a toothpick, it should come out clean.

 Chili, Cornbread, ice cold milk
Yum!!!
Review is up for the chili.

ENJOY!!!
