Lose It!!! I Challenge You!

I have tried dieting exercising and anything else that came along to try to get on track and keep the weight off. I can lose it, but it comes right back. I now have found this amazing app and want to share it with you. 

I truly believe this is a life changing app!!!!

This Weeks To do List 9-21-14

Last week I did manage to get most everything finished. I only got in 3 miles instead of 6 and only 2 of hours of Tae-bo.  I was going to bathe the boys but they really didn't need it so I put that off. Other than that, I pretty much finished everything else.

This Week's To Do List 9-14-14

I did manage to get most everything on my last list finished.

 The only thing I didn't get finished was 2 of my 6 miles. My knee got to hurting pretty bad and was swollen so I didn't dare finish the final 2 miles. I did go get some knee packs to use on it.

Getting Back On Track!

Hi everyone. I am so far behind on my blogs. Why? Life! Lots of ups and downs but hoping to get at least partially caught up soon.  

One thing I miss doing is blogging my to do list. I find that when I put things on the blog, call it what you want, but I feel like I need to be accountable for the things I say I will do. Almost always get it all done even if I don't feel like it. Especially with my exercising. I was doing great for so long, but I also realize, it was during the things that I would post what I would be doing, that I did my best. I haven't done that for sometime and just can't seem to get back on track. 

So, I am going to start posting my chores and exercises again. Holidays are coming up and I don't want to go into them with hating the way my clothes feel when going to the Christmas parties, friends get togethers and company coming. So its time to get back on track. 

Between today and Sunday, I will walk no less than 6 miles. I am part of the 100 miles to a Merry Christmas.  For every mile you walk, you donate $1.00 to a charity for Christmas. I have always walked a lot of miles a week so this is easy for me to do. I put a movie in, jump on my trusty treadmill and two hours later, I have 6 miles under my belt. :) 

I will also get in at least 1- hour of Tae-bo.

Also before Sunday I will get upstairs all vacuumed, dusted and cleaned up. 

I will also get all laundry finished by Sunday

Grocery Shop

Go to Post Office  

and mail a couple packages I have been putting off doing

That should keep me busy, plus anything Don might have planned for this weekend. 

Well, I feel better already.

My Friday is shot because we have to take Cody for his final checkup to Lufkin. Over 3 hours down there and over 3 hours back. But he's sure worth it.
