Day 2 of Memorial Weekend!

We had company coming over, so I got the upstairs all cleaned up. That was actually on 

Great Visit!

Went to El Nopal Mexican Restaurant last night

Met my cousin Linda

And her beautiful sweet daughter, Lisa

Linda and I had a great visit 

waiting on Lisa to pull in with

her loud beautiful badass truck. 

Enjoyed visiting with them. Can't wait

to do it again. 

I hope they come see me in Texas soon.

Can't believe I let them get away without getting pictures!!!

KICK-ASS MARGARITAS

Just a quick note about the recipe for ribs and smoked potatoes I wrote last night.

 Our friends Tom and Solie came over with pitchers of kick-ass Margaritas and they were so good. 

Anyway, later after they left and I was pretty buzzed I guess I decided to finish the rib blog. Ha Ha. I was going to go in and  change  some things that I normally would not put n a blog but Don said, "No".  He thought it was funny and wanted me to leave it alone, so I did.

 So that is what's up with the odd comments in the ribs blog. Just thought I should explain that.

 I hope everyone is having a super Sunday. I know I am. More about that later. :)
