It's a great way to keep food warm while you are waiting on company, or after everyone has already ate, but there are still people coming. You can put a different food in each of the 3 pans, or you can mix and match the pans with two or three different foods in them, depending on what it is, to keep it warm. The pans come out and you now have a large surface warming tray. This is for those appetizers that need to stay warm. Or a great way to keep pizza warm.

I used mine over the Thanksgiving weekend.  I put water in the bottom of it and it steamed and kept everything nice and warm.

Egg rolls, Spring rolls, Sweet and sour chicken, and Fried rice

The lid stays up

Love the holes for large spoons to stay with the food!!!

Take the pans off and you can use this to keep appetizers warm.

I used it to keep pizza warm. It works great!!
