Jello Strawberry Parfait
*****I have to give this 5 stars because when Don ate one, all he could say was
" Hmmm, Yum, This is so good". I used sugarfree jello, and sugarfree whipped cream. Super good. Easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
Wash berries
Slice berries
(This is an awesome lil slicer)
Everything's the same. So Quick and easy.
Prepare gelatin according to package directions.
Tilt glasses in pan or bowl
Chill until slightly thickened
Set aside 1/3 cup
Add fruit to remaining gelatin
Mix together
Spoon into glasses and chill until set
Fold whipping cream into 1/3 cup gelatin
Mix well
Spoon into set jello
Once set it will stay on the side of the glass
Spoon into glass
Add whipped cream
Garnish with strawberry
Enjoy!!
JELLO STRAWBERRY PARFAIT
INGREDIENTS
1 package (3oz) Jello-o brand gelatin, any flavor
1 cup sliced fresh fruit
1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Chill until slightly thickened. Set aside 1/3 cup. Add fruit to remaining gelatin; spoon into 4 to 5 glasses. Chill glasses at an angle until jello is set.
Meanwhile, fold whipped topping into measured (1/3 cup) gelatin. Spoon topping mixture into glasses of set jello. Chill. Garnish
