Lava Cake
OMG! This cake is ever so easy to make, super quick, and really really delicious. It is a
chocolate cake with an ooey gooey chocolate center. Sprinkle a little powered sugar on, serve it up with ice cream or cool whip-you can't go wrong.
This one truly deserves a 5 star rating for ease, looks and taste.
**You can make this a day ahead and put it in your little cups. Just cover it and put it in the refrigerator. Take it out an hour before you want to bake it.
*** DO NOT OVERBAKE THIS or you will just end up with a great tasting chocolate cake.
I cooked mine for the first time for 11 minutes. It was great but I felt it needed to be cooked a little longer. The second time I made these, I cooked them for 13 minutes and they were perfect. See picture above.
**Do not use electric mixer to mix this.
