Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese Review!

Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Cheese

These are so tasty!! These are really easy to make, and very

tender. Do not over cook these. I will make these again.

Clean, trim and wash asparagus.
Then pour olive oil over them

Add salt and pepper and mix well

Lay on cookie sheet

Bake at 450 degrees for 10-11 minutes

During last 3 minutes add parmesan cheese

Remove from oven

Enjoy!

RECIPE:
Makes 4 servings

11/2 pounds asparagus spears
washed and trimmed
2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Toss the asparagus spears with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread evenly into a single layer on a fat baking sheet.
Roast for 10 or 11 minutes, or until fork tender.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving

Variation: If you like your Parseman slightly browned, sprinkle on top the last 3 minutes of baking.
**This is what I do and it tastes great!**
