Smoked Garlic Potatoes and Onions Review!

Smoked Garlic  Potatoes and Onions
These are very good but would be better I think if they were enclosed in reynolds wrap rather than left in the open air. Will

make these again, with that change next time.

Ingredients:

Slice potatoes thin

I used this grill pan

Covered in reynolds wrap

Poked a few holes in it with a fork
Put some olive oil over potatoes

 mix well

Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt
 Add onions
Put a few pats of butter on top

Put these on the middle rack so the butter would drip onto the prime rib

Recipe:

I don't have an exact recipe for this. You can use as many potatoes as you need. Just enough, or a lot, of olive oil to coat potatoes with. Salt, pepper and garlic salt to your liking. Add onions if you like them. You don't have to add the butter if you don't want it. They will still be delicious.

Cook for about 2 hours or until done.

I pup this with Smoked prime Rib and Smoked corn. Yum!
Enjoy!!!
