Coq Au Vin Fondue
Easy, easy easy. Makes a great meal. A fun way
for dinner.
I did this on the stove and then poured it in the fondue pot. Add broth
Red Wine
Garlic
green onions
Cook vegetables on stovetop
Pour broth in fondue pot
You choose what you want to cook in it,
We did, salmon, scallops, lobster, steak, chicken and shrimp
Enjoy!
