Tossed Romaine and Orange Salad Review!

Tossed Romaine and Orange Salad
This is a very good salad. I just was not real crazy
with the oranges and the orange juice.
I thought it was too much orange in a salad.  I did

like the almonds in it. Not a bad salad.
just a lot of others that are better. If you love oranges,
you will like this.

Ingredients:

Chop up lettuce-put in bowl

Add mandarin oranges

Add orange juice

Add olive oil

Add vinegar

Add pepper

And salt

whisk well

Pour over salad

 Mix well

Add almonds over top

Mix and serve

Enjoy!

Recipe:
Original recipe makes 4 servings

         1/2 cup orange juice
         3 tablespoons olive oil
         2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
         1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
         1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large head romaine lettuce - torn, washed and dried
3 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges
         1/2 cup slivered almonds

 Directions
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the orange juice, olive oil, vinegar, pepper and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the romaine and oranges. Add enough dressing to coat and toss well. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.

I paired this with
