We have a contract on our house!!!
The only problem is they want us out by June
22nd.
And I am in Indiana
and when I leave here I am going to North Carolina
for a week to visit with my daughter. Wow!! Don is going to start looking for us.
We are getting on Har at night
and checking out everything on the market. Then decide which houses he needs to go see. He is going to see some tonight.
He is going to put me on facetime
and I will go through it with him.
A lot to do in a short time.
Find a house
Close on a house
Pack our house
Move out
Probably won't happen like that. Will probably put everything in pods
But so happy to be seriously looking for our new home now.

Hey Shannon, It is going to be a lot of work real fast, but so happy to have sold the house this quick. Hopefully we will find a house soon so we can take advantage of the pool. :)
