It was a tough week to stay on track.
I had 2 dinners out with Don. We had Meagans rehersal dinner. We had the wedding reception and on Sunday We rode the motorcycle to Dekkers and sat on the patio, listened to music and ate some of the best food ever.
Honestly, I am shocked that I didn't gain back more than I did. I did make myself exercise as much as possible, and thats what saved me. Thank goodness for my trusty treadmill!

I GAINED a pound and a half this past week. OOPS!!! But still under 130, so I am happy! Getting back on track this week. Thats why I love this program. It keeps me informed of what I am eating, exercises, calories burned, calories needed to burn to stay on track, and how to get right back on track. I joined a couple more challenges this week to keep me there. So we will see at the end of the week how it goes. Don is doing great. He started this program at 226.5 and is down to 217.
