Herb Roasted Salmon Fillets


If you want a simple, quick and delicious meal, you have to try this.
The spices on this salmon is so delicious. Don loved it. He said it was some of the best tasting salmon he has ever eaten. I also loved it. I did cook mine on the

grill instead of the oven. It was so flaky and not dry at all. I will definitely be making this one again and again. 


Ingredients:

Mix everything except fillets in bowl

Spoon onto salmon

Spread onto salmon

Herb Roasted Salmon Fillets Recipe:

Start to finish-30 minutes
2 servings-(1 fillet each)

Recipe can be doubled or tripled as needed)

2 salmon fillets (approx 6 oz each)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Tablespoon fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the salmon in a greased pan, skin side down. **(I grilled mine)
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. spread over the salmon. Roast 
fillets 15-18 minutes or until doneness desired.
