Lose It! Week 2 Results!

We were very happy with our first week results

My starting weight Monday was


morning was 135.5 pounds


 Down 3-1/2 pounds

Woo-Hoo!!!

Tuesday weigh in I lost 1/2 lb - 135

Wednesday I gained 1/2 back =135.5

Thursday I lost a 1/2 lb at 135

Friday I lost 1 lb = 134

Saturday I lost 1/2  - 133.5

Sunday I gained 1 pound = 134.5

Monday at weigh in for the week I lost 1 1/2 pounds - 133



I have now lost a total of 6 pounds in two weeks!!!!

Loving this program!


Don's monday morning weigh in was 222.5

Down 4-1/2 pounds for the week!

Way to go Don!!!

Dons didn't do a lot on working out this week and it really shows in his numbers. 

His weigh in today was 221.5  Thats only 1 pound this week. 

Hopefully next week will be better. But he still has lost a total of 5 pounds in the two weeks.

1 tbsp butter
3/4 pound of crab legs  (watch out for those legs. high in calories)

5 cheesecake minis (YIKES)

Treadmill - burned 621 calories

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast

cream of wheat cereal 1 pkg
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup blueberries

Lunch
3 almonds

Dinner
tossed salad
chunky blue cheese yogurt dressing
catalina dressing
21/2 ounces marinated salmon
1 cup fresh peaches
1/2 serving edamame'

Dessert snack- 3 pieces mini cheesecakes

Aerobics high impact = burned 386 calories


THURSDAY

Breakfast

Roast beef on two slices of white bread with dijon mustard
1 cup of skim milk

Dinner
tossed salad
Chunky blue cheese dressing (yogurt kind)
catalina dressing
4 ounces T-bone steak
5 inch ear of corn
1 cup slice peaches

Aerobics high impact = burned 386 calories

FRIDAY

Breakfast
coffee
cream of wheat cereal 1 pkg
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk with 14 cup water for cereal

Lunch

Dinner
Hooters garden salad
Hooters ranch salad dressing (2tbsp)
Hooters naked wings (5)
Celery strips (8)
Blue cheese dressing (1 tbsp)

Snacks
4 cups popped pops secret butter popcorn
1-1/2 glass of Moscato wine  7-1/2 oz

Treadmill = 1,042 calories burned

SATURDAY

Breakfast
coffee
Kind bar nuts and spices 1

Lunch
Chicken tamales 1/2 of small one
Turkey breast no bread 4 ounces
3/4 bag Lays potato chips

Dinner
T-bone steak 2 ounces (made 4 but wasn't hungry so only ate 2 ounces)
Tossed salad
Blue cheese yogurt dressing 1 tbsp
catalina dressing 1 tbsp
Asparagus 7 spears
Peaches 1-1/2 cups

Snack
Pistachio nuts in shell 1/4 cup

Treadmill and outside walking I burned 492 calories


SUNDAY

1/2 cup Pistachio in shells

Between the treadmill and walking outside I burned 581 calories
