Ground Sirloin Stuffed Peppers
These are so delicious. I have made these before and everyone always loves them. I wanted to share them with you. I doubled the recipe so Don would have extra to take for lunch. These
really make your home smell great while they are cooking. I used my Ninja processor on the meat but you can use any processor you have.
Ingredients
Cut tops off peppers
Save tops
Scoop out seeds and membranes
I cut most of the fat off of the sirloin
Put sirloin and onion in processor
