Finally, the trial is now over. 

It has gone to the jury.

Hopefully we will know her fate on Monday.

Today is closing arguments from prosecutor 

 them closing arguments from defense.

Then it's up to the Jury!!!

This trial has been going on for 16 weeks. Finally, it's about over!!!

Will there be justice for Travis Alexander

Garden Surprise!

 Look what I found in my garden!

The cauliflower just keeps getting taller and

taller.

 I really thought about pulling it up and 

Volunteering at Wildlife Center of Texas!

Orientation tonight.

Don and I  have decided to volunteer with "Wildlife Center of Texas"

They are a non-pro-profit organization  formed to meet the increasing need for wildlife assistance in the Greater Houston / Upper Gulf Coast. Each year, thousands of injured, ill or orphaned wild birds and mammals are received by   licensed rehabilitators.

I think this will be great to help the animals. 

Can't wait to get started.

Awesome Flea Market Finds!

Got a call early to show the house at 9:30 am.
We jumped and got dressed, made the beds, turned all the lights on and out to breakfast we went. Then they called and said they wanted to reschedule for 11:30 to 1:30. So we decided to go walk around the flea market to kill some time.

Here are my finds at the flea market today.

I loved this vase. I talked the guy down to 

$20.00. Believe that!!!  I wanted two of them,

Bacon. Love crispy bacon any time of the day or night

3. What is your go to movie to watch when nothing is on?

 I don't really watch movies like that. I put on Big Bang Theory.

4. What is your go to breakfast food?

French toast is my favorite but if in a hurry just an egg and of course bacon

5. Do you drink coffee? If so, how do you take it?

Yes, one cup a day. With equal.

I am sad that George Jones is gone. He was one of the all time greats of Country Music and always one of my very favorites.
