Thankful Thursday!

I am Thankful

that my cousin has been in 9 hours of intense surgery today and is just now coming out and has made it through. He went in believing he would not be with us anymore. Now, just rest Carl, get better, so you can go home in 10 days. So happy he is through this.

Don's coming back home tomorrow. He's been in California all week. Sammy and I miss him.

that my Sammy Boy is so healthy and happy. I was at Petsmart today and a lady had to have her furbaby put down. She was heartbroken. I felt so so sad for her. I can't even bare to think about that day with Sammy.

that I am obsessed with exercising and eating right this week. I have a weigh in to win.

that I only walked 4 miles instead of 6 today. I had Sammy with me and just didn't think he could do the 6 miles right now. So 4 it was!

that Don laughs at me for playing the lottery. The Florida Lottery has helped put Laci through 4 years of college with their "Bright Futures of America" program, so I know they do a lot of good with at least part of the money. Plus, you can't win if you don't play. And I have every intention of winning the lottery. Period!

that Don has been in California all week, he will be back tomorrow.
