My daughter, Laci decided she needs to lose a few pounds so she 

decided to keep track by putting two jars together.

One for pounds to lose

The other for pounds lost.

What a great motivator to see the one

  jar go down and the pounds lost to go up.

I really love this idea.

I finally found time to redo my hair.

If you remember, I used this the first time and loved it.

BUT

a few days later I had grey back. I called them and they told me to redo it and leave it on for an extra 5 minutes. They sent it to me again at no charge. Sweet!! 

So, I redid it yestereday. Will keep track of how long it takes for the grey to come back this time. I want this to work so bad. It's only 19.99 a month.

What I liked most about it, is they all did it in different ways. Not one diet that you couldn't stay on if you wanted to. No surgery either.

2nd Unplugging!!

Well, once again for the 2nd time, we are 

Unplugging at 4:00 pm Saturday.

I hope it goes as well as our 1st unplug day. 

When 4:00 pm comes tomorrow, I won't be back on  until Sunday..

Unplug!!
 Pick a couple of days a week to turn all computers, and televisions off,  and no texting or phone except for phone calls. Spend more time with Don and get more things done because of it.

Stay as happy, if not happier in 2013 as I was in 2012. 2012 was a very good year. I want 2013 to at least match 2012. That will make me very happy.
