Smoked Corn Review!

Smoked corn on the cob


This corn taste amazing. So so delicious. The smokey flavor goes go well with the green onions.


 Great easy meal in the smoker. Yum!

Ingredients:


Soak corn in water for at least 30 minutes

 Chop onions

Brush corn with olive oil 

Add salt and pepper

Add green onions
Close corn with shucks. I couldn't find corn with full shucks so I got the pack with shucks wrapped half way around them and just tore those off and wrapped them all the way around the corn and tied it of. 

I put the corn on the top shelf
I smoked the corn for about 2 and a half hours
between 225 and 250 degrees



I put this with smoked Prime Rib and smoked garlic onion potatoes

Delicious!
