Pasta Milanese!

Pasta Milanese 


While I am not big on pasta dishes, I did like this. I think it was 
even better the next day. This is an easy dish to prepare. 

Ingredients:


Cook tornado pasta 


In bowl put mushroom sauce,


whipping cream

and mozzarella
Mix well


Drain pasta

Add pasta to cream sauce. Mix well


Pour in casserole dish


Top with parmesan cheese
Put in oven
at 400 for 30 minutes


Remove, serve, and enjoy!

Recipe:

Pasta Milanese

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4 to 6

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar Sabatino porciani cream sauce
1 lb Franciacorta toranado pasta
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to pkg directions.
In a large bowl mix together heavy cream, porcine cream sauce, and mozzarella cheese. 
Add pasta and mix well. Place in casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes and serve. 



I served this with my   pressure-cooker-siciliana-meatballs 
 and cornbread.
