Cheese Fondue Review!

Cheese Fondue

Cheese Fondue is so easy to make and taste so delicious. You can use any kinds of cheeses you like to come up with different

flavors. Get created and have some fun. The kids love this as much as the adults.

Ingredients
For fondue

to dip in cheese

Put flour in cheese

Mix together

everything to make cheese fondue

I heated  my dark beer up in microwave then pour into fondue dish

Light sterno

Add garlic

Worcestershire sauce

Add dry mustard

Enjoy!

Here I made it with a light beer

Melt cheese until creamy

Dip bread. Enjoy!

Recipe:
12 ounces beer
(Way to much beer,  if you use this much beer, plan on using a lot more cheese to get it right)
I would start out with about 6 ounces beer, 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, 1 garlic clove, and 1/8 teaspoon mustard, You can add more to your liking as you go. I also prefer a light beer to a dark beer)
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded (mild Irish swiss works best)
(I used gruyere cheese)
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
(I used Mexican 4 blend cheeses)
1/4 cup flour1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 teaspoon mustard powder1/4 teaspoon pepperDirections:1Mix cheeses with flour.2Heat beer in fondue pot until steaming.3Add Worcestershire, garlic, mustard and pepper; mix well.4Add cheese and stir until melted.5Use chunks of bread, veggies and apples for dipping in cheese mixture.

Use anything you want to dip in the cheese

Enjoy!
